Surfside is a small Beach Town, which is situated on the Atlantic Ocean, just north of Miami Beach and south of Bal Harbour and the Biscayne Bay waterway to the west. The area is known for its relaxed beach town atmosphere, luxury resorts, and oceanfront parks and offers a mix of luxury oceanfront condominiums only up to 12 floors in Hight, townhouses, and luxurious single-family homes between ocean and intracoastal. The town is known for its family beach, walkability, well-manicured streets and attractive architecture.
 
One of the most notable attractions in Surfside is the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. This historic property has been recently renovated and offers luxurious accommodations, a private beach, and a range of amenities including multiple restaurants and bars.
 
Surfside is also home to several public parks and beaches Residents can enjoy, including the oceanfront Surfside Community Center and Bayfront Park, which features a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, kayak and paddle board stations. Surfside is well-connected to other parts of Miami-Dade County, with easy access to major highways and public transportation options such as buses and the Miami Metrorail.

Indian Creek Island is a private Island located to the west of Surfside in Biscayne Bay with the most expensive residential street in the US “Indian Creek Island Road” with only 40 ultra luxurious homes and a private golf course, this exclusive island can only be accessed through the Town of Surfside and is the closest neighbor as well.
