Bay Harbor Islands is a tight-knit community, with a population of just over 5,000 residents and a mix of families, retirees, and young professionals. The town offers a range of amenities, including parks, restaurants, shops, beaches, a range of events and activities throughout the year, including an annual Christmas parade and art festivals.
 
Living in Bay Harbor Islands, is generally considered to offer a exclusive lifestyle and is known for its high-end real estate market, with many luxury properties and exclusive waterfront estates. It is situated on two islands, Broadview and Bay Harbor. The West Island with 103-acre is occupied entirely by luxurious large single-family homes. Some of the waterfront homes have a magnificent view of Indian Creek Island or Haulover. The East Island with 150- acres is home to condominiums and a commercial area of medical offices, fashionable shops, art galleries and restaurants.
 
Bay Harbor Island is located in the heart of Miami-Dade County, just minutes away from popular attractions such as South Beach, Bal Harbour, and Aventura. The town is also conveniently situated near major highways and transportation hubs, making it easy to get around.
 
Bal Harbour, which occupies a third of a square mile between the ocean and the bay, may be one of the smallest municipalities in Miami Dade County, but is also one of the most exclusive and prettiest with abundant landscaping and curving orc of beach bordered by a lush walking path. The village is situated south of Haulover and Sunny Isles Beach and north of Surfside with the Atlantic ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
 
Bal Harbour which offers large homes and oceanfront luxury condominiums is also known for its luxury shopping and high-end hotels, and is considered one of the wealthiest and safest communities in the United States. Its main shopping destination are the world famous Bal Harbour Shops, which features upscale stores such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta and Tiffany & Co. The “Shops” tropical garden setting is the backdrop for a collection of internationally renowned boutiques and stores.
 
In addition to shopping and hotels, Bal Harbour has beautiful beaches, parks and a private Marina in the gated part of Bal Harbour Village. Haulover Beach Park just north of Bal Harbour, which is known for its scenic jogging and cycling trails, picnic areas, and fishing piers.
 
Overall, Bal Harbour is a popular destination for affluent travelers and those seeking a luxurious vacation experience in the Miami area.
